This is my first experience with hearing aids. I went online to investigate hearing aids and came across a sight, the person I spoke to actually answered all of my questions and told me Beverly was in my local area. He told me I could see Beverly and then a few other audiologists before making a commitment. I made an appointment and was delighted with her entire time with me. From the moment I met her, I felt very comfortable and by the time I left, I selected her to be my audiologist. She explained every test and answered every question perfectly. My new hearing aids are wonderful. Without question, I would recommend her to anyone with a hearing problem. So happy that I got the referral. Beverly is a very competent, pleasant professional with a great “bedside manner”. I am so excited with my new ability to hear and feel she held my hand through the entire experience. Can’t wait to see her again for my follow-up.

She is a very caring, professional, knowledgeable individual, she uses the latest equipment to ensure that my new devise is adjusted perfectly to suit my new hearing needs.
